A graduate of Tulane University, with a bachelor of science degree in Biology, Dr. Kahn, completed his medical education at the Universidad de Noreste. He served as chief resident in the department of dermatology at the State University of New York Science Center at Brooklyn and completed a residency and internship in the department of medicine at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Kahn holds an appointment to the State University of New York's Health Science Center at Brooklyn as a clinical assistant professor in the department of dermatology. A member of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Kahn is a board certified physician with a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has conducted clinical research on treatments for dermatologic conditions and has presented his work before leading dermatologic associations including the International Congress of Pediatric Dermatology and the Annual Atlantic Dermatologic Society.
Dr. Kahn is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Medical Association, Medical Society of the State of New York, and Nassau County Medical Society.
